This role is remote and would be based out of our office in Ahmedabad, India. 


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Presales Specialist to join our team at Genuin. As a Sales Support Executive, you will work closely with the Sales Head to craft engaging product demos, presentations, and sales materials that effectively communicate Genuin’s unique features and advantages to potential clients. Your role will involve combining a flair for design with strong communication skills to create compelling materials that captivate our audience.


Availability to collaborate with a team during US Working Hours.


We would love to hear from you if

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the tech or social media industry.
  2. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create visually appealing materials.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Flexibility to engage directly with clients and adapt presentations based on client needs.
  6. Availability to collaborate with the team during US working hours.



You will be responsible for: 

  1. Collaborate with the Sales Head to develop product demos, presentations, and sales collateral that showcase Genuin’s features and benefits.
  2. Utilize your design skills to create visually appealing and impactful materials that align with our brand identity.
  3. Craft one-sheeters, infographics, and other visual assets to support sales pitches and client meetings.
  4. Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor presentations accordingly.
  5. Participate in client interactions when necessary to present demos or provide additional information about Genuin’s capabilities.
  6. Coordinate with the team during US hours to ensure timely delivery of materials and support for sales initiatives.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales materials.
